Belly Bands : Cummerbund

This Belly Band is for the boy who wants to make everything his own, or for the older gentlemen who have, shall we say......"control issues". Great house-breaking aide for any breed.

The cummerbunds, also spelled cumberbunds, are made in strips long enough to wrap around a Poodle's belly. Owners place an adult sanitary napkin or diaper in the band, wrap it strategically around the belly and Velcro shut.

The exterior is made with washable cotton; the interior is lined with moisture-control fabric. Unlike some bands, which have elastic sides that some dogs find irritating, Our Belly Bands have straight sides with an extra layer of cotton trim to prevent chafing for a finished, professional look.

Also available (see images below):

Our animal print, ultra-suede Dress Belly Bands can be worn to even the most elegant affairs. Going to the cigar bar or the billiards room? You'll be dapper and dashing in our faux fur Belly Bands. This upgraded fabric is available in faux-zebra or faux-tiger fur.

Sizing:

Measure the "waist" area of the dog -- where the bands would Velcro shut around the dog -- and match your measurement with the sizes listed. The sizing -- because of the Velcro -- allows for ample flexibility and a perfect fit.

A male dog wears the size that measures 6 inches longer than his "waist." For example, if your dog's waist is 15" around, he would wear a Belly Band that is 21" long, which is a size medium. That would allow at least 5" for the napkin, the ends of the band to overlap and Velcro to attach. If your dog is 18" around, he would need a 24" Belly Band, or a size large.

Quick Tip
Never Give Your Poodle a Cooked Bone!
This includes cow hooves. Raw bones are flexible and will not splinter. Whenever you cook a bone, it becomes hard and brittle.
It can turn into small toothpicks and become a choking hazard. Remember, in the wild, dogs do not cook their food.
